• Parents identification proof – Copies of parents’ ID proof, such as Aadhar card, passport, or voter ID.
• Address Proof – A document that proves the family’s residential address, such as an electricity bill, water bill, or rental agreement.
• Transfer Certificate (TC) – If the student has previously studied at another school, a transfer certificate is required.
• Medical certificate – A health or medical certificate from a doctor verifying the student’s health.
• Affidavit/Undertaking – Sometimes schools ask for a signed undertaking or affidavit from the parents regarding specific terms or conditions.
